Points booking and borrowing question

Please try and follow along here because this may sound confusing. I am thinking about doing an all girls trip with my mom and DD in Dec. 2007. My use year is September. All of my points for my Sept. 2006 use year are gone due to borrowing points for our Jan. 2006 trip and my next trip in December.
I know that I can book in Jan. and borrow points from my Sept. 2007 use year. But once Sept. 2007 hits can I borrow points from my Sept. 2008 year for the same trip????

Is this making any sense???

With a September Use year, your Dec 2007 trip falls within your 2007 UY (Sep 1, 2007 - Aug 31, 2008). You don't need to borrow Sep '07 points for the trip because they are already in the right UY for that trip. And yes, you can also borrow points from your 2008 UY for the trip and that can be done in January when you make the reservation. You do not have to wait until September '07 to borrow those points.

It sounds like it's going to be a great trip!
