Points Are Not Right

I just went to view my vacation points and 2 of my last vacations had the wrong amount of points used. One stated 238 and I used 210, and the other was my most recent trip where it stated 125 when I used 105. While my remaining points are off they aren't off by that difference found here. Anyone else have issues? I plan to call tomorrow morning.

check your results with the points chart. do the math yourself.

the only problem I ever had was with a Friday night - forgot that it was Friday night.

Yeah, the point reported online in my account are also wrong. I phoned a few months back and confirmed that "their side" shows the correct numbers. They said the website was a "known problem." (How comforting )

One of my recent stays shows on the website as costing 78 points, but the confirmation only says 66 points. My point total is correct - they subtracted the right number of points for my stay, only the website is wrong.

we just got back last week and i noticed the same thing we used 132 points for the vacation and the number of points listed for our last vacation says 182...but it looks like the points we have available to use is correct

My point total still appears to be off though, I should have 226 and the balance says 221. I will call tomorrow to verify and let you all know.

Mine are wrong, too. I noticed a few days ago but haven't called yet. Thanks for the reminder - I am going to call tomorrow.
