Just a quick footnote:

Banked, Borrowed or points in holding can not be transferred. If you have points (not banked, borrowed or in holding) that expire on or after December 31, 2006, then I am interested in a transfer. I am offering 10.00 per point and can pay immediately via a funded PayPal account.

Have 500 points that will expire 8/31/06. Please explain what a points transfer is and how it differs from selling.
