Point rental broker competition

I frequently follow the point rental brokers in case I have extra points to rent out. I own at BLT and VWL which are considered premium resorts and command extra $ if I rent them in the 7-11 month window. I have used David's once before to successfully rent some of my points out. I notice there is a new (to me, at least) broker out there who is paying DVC owners $12 for non premium points and $14 for premium points. This is the highest broker payout I have seen. I believe I am permitted to post the link to their business based on the sticky I read. Has anyone used dispoints.com before? I am wondering if their higher payouts will drive up the payouts to owners on other Dvc rental broker sites. thoughts?

I've never heard of the company either, but based on the unpolished feel of their website and the grammatical errors, I don't think the competition will be too scared yet. Trust is the most important factor in this industry and after that, supply and demand will dictate the price action. If this company is somehow able to take some supply away from the others and demand remains high, then sure, it's possible to see some price fluctuations. I don't see that happening anytime soon.

Yeah, I saw them on Facebook also and was curious since I had not heard of them before.
