Point on my son's driving record

He was looking at a used vehicle and they did a check and said "due to your ticket, there is a point on your record". But he took the online class! and got the cert ! and took it to the court! why is that? He is currently on our policy and so far they do not show a point (hasn't updated yet?)

WTH? who should he call? DMV (like he will be able to get thru there) or Court?

Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.

hmmm..sounds like maybe the class didn't get recorded correctly. You won't be able to do anything today, but I'd have him contact the DMV & ask what's up? He may be able to go online and send an E-mail - don't know if their E-mail inquiries get resolved any faster (we know what the phone system is like!)
