$$$/point increase with SSR and effect on ROFR

What do you all think about DIsney's ROFR and the bottom $$/point? I hear if you offer $73/point, odds are they won't buy back. But......if they up the purchase price at SSR to $89/point, do you think you will need to offer more on a resale to get by ROFR? Do you think this will happen in the next month?

It seems that the ROFR buy back price has edged back a bit after a jump to a full $72 pp or so. I think most contracts will get through at $69 or $70 pp. We will be in uncharted territory with SS because of the new ending date. My guess is ROFR price will go up again proportionally, maybe $74 or $75 pp but we shall see.

I agree with Dean. Looking back on it now, I think maybe they were snatching up a lot of contracts in order to sell to all of those on the waiting lists and to keep sales going waiting for SSR to start selling. Now it seems that a lot more is getting through ROFR that wasn't before. Maybe (just a guess) they want to be completely sold out of the other resorts for a short while, when they first start selling SSR. This could help jump start the sales at this resort, which in turn may convince others to jump on this fast paced sales resort.

But then again...who really knows why Disney does what they do?
