POFQ? Will we like it?

I am really struggling with where to book our trip. I love the deluxes but I feel like we should probably look at mods and save money for things we want in the parks/meals. My dd is 6 and we stayed at POR over Christmas. I loved it but it was too spread out for her. All the walking wore her out. What about POFQ? I hear it is smaller and easier to navigate than POR. What about the bus system? We were pretty impressed at POR, only waited one time for more than 10-15 minutes and that was because the bus had just pulled away.

It is much smaller and less walking to the food court. The walk to the busses always seem long to me I guess cuz your tired. I really liked the resort, very quaint and relaxing. Looked very clean, pretty rooms. Food was good. I liked it much better than POR. The pool was great too!

I heard the bus service is better because POFQ gets picked up before POR.

I'll be there in a month and see for myself!

If you enjoyed POR, then I think you'll be even happier with POFQ. The more compact size and first stop status on the bus routes make traveling with little ones very easy.

POFQ was our first resort and I wouldn't hesitate to go back there if I were to book outside DVC.

My DW and I have stayed at POFQ and we loved it. Everything is in close proximity and it is themed very well. we loved th hot tub and the pool as well. My friends just got back and after a night at Grovesners spent the rest pf their week at POFQ and thought it was the best value at WDW.

Thanks to all who replied. Loooks like POFQ it will be!!! IT will be our annual mommy/dd trip and she informed me she would rather have spending money than be on the monorail. Can anyone recommend a non-smoking building near the bus stop?
