POFQ to Trails End

we have a 9:25am brunch reservation. How would you get from POFQ to Trails End and what time would you be on the bus to MK if we were to take the boat from MK to Fort Wilderness?

We have a 9:25 brunch at TE and are coming from All Stars Music. We are planning on getting an Uber. I saw on another thread that Uber can't take you right to TE, you will still need to take the internal buses at Fort Wilderness. I'm planning on leaving by 8:45 to give us enough time to deal with all the transportation.

If you are taking the bus to MK and then the boat to FW, I would be at the POFQ stop at 8 am to allow for any waits for the bus or boat.

you have read correctly no car, taxi or Uber stopping or parking at that area only thing I can add is I would allow 40 minutes ahead of your ressie to be MK boat if you are coming that way or at 25 to be at bus stop at front of the Fort to allow stops at the loops on the way to Trails End as you will not be taken without stops at that time most likely as there can be guests heading to or to the boat to MK waiting for bus. not sure how long it takes to get from resort to resort as we stay at the Fort. there is not a bus from one end of the Fort to the other that will not stop at a loop with people waiting or let them off. it is just the luck of the draw as to how many stops you will have to make

Take a taxi, its 5 minutes away. You turn right out of POFQ, left at the light, and the Fort is on your right. I would leave around 8:45 of so. The internal bus will take 10-15 minutes. Then its about 5 minute walk from the Settlement bus stop to TE.

You probably would have to add another hour if you bus to MK.

You could get hung up in traffic at that time. ASMu is at the other end of WDW and you will either hit DHS or MK traffic since parks open at 9. I would leave no later than 8:30. JMHO
