My best guess would be everything you listed except....

16 Inch Pepperoni Pizza $16.49

We haven't used DDP at POFQ before but this would be my best educated guess. Hopefully someone will pipe up who's used DDP there before.

Everything EXCEPT for the 16" pizzas are on the DDP. At least that was of last May 06.

I think for 2 CS credits you can get a pizza, 2 salads (probably side) and soda (maybe a bottle). Maybe someone could confirm. I think this is a good deal and I would have done this had I known last year and will probably do it this year -- in one week or so!!!!
