POFQ Room Selection?

Hello!

We are finally heading back in a couple of weeks after 5 long years and two cancelled Covid trips.

When I stayed at POFQ in 2019, you could “fax” the hotel (via a website) before you arrived to request your room be in a certain block or on a higher floor etc. I understand that you can now make these requests via the app if you check in online, but if you don’t want to check in online is there still a way to make these kinds of requests?

Just call the main reservations line and have a CM add the request onto your reservation details. It's usually best to keep it simple like "Upper floor, Bldg 5" or "Ground floor. Near Bus stop". etc. I always put my most wanted request first. Have a great trip!!
