POFQ Leaving Saturday - Last minute questions

Finally...its here !!! We leave on Saturday for a 8 night stay at the POFQ. I have rented a car for 2 days to make a trip to Kennedy
Space center as my 6 yr old is really into space rite now !! It will be me, the husband and our 2 boys ages 6 & 4..Its our first trip
and we all are very excited...Also I called POFQ and found that the pool will not be closed for refurbishment until the 28th January
so we are happy that we dont have to go to the Riverside to use their pool...

I am all ready to put my order in for milk,yogurt etc at Garden grocer which I will do tomorrow. We are planning to do MK on Sunday,
MGM on Monday, AK on Tuesday, Epcot on Wednesday, Kennedy Center on Thursday. The remaining days we will ask the boys
which park they want to visit again. Saturday we will probably spend at the pool and go to DTD. How are the crowds supposed to
be on MLK weekend ?? I only have 2 ADR's, one at Chef Mickeys and another at Crystal Palace..

Also can anyone point me to some good shops outside Disney for Disney stuff..Ofcourse we will
shop at DTD but I know stuff is quite expensive there !
