Hi Everyone!!

Well we hit single digits until our trip today!!!:banana::banana:

I had a quick question - we will be at WDW for a week and then doing a 4 day cruise, so I will need a couple of hours to do laundry. Is there a particular time/day you recommend when the laundry room is close to empty. Schedule-wise Saturday is looking best (any time), but I can be persuaded if some other day seems to be the way to go!

Thanks in advance!!

When we stayed there in June 2010 I did all of our laundry the night prior to leaving. I was in the laundry room around 9pm and was 1 of 2 people using the machines, and that was a Friday evening.

I found early mornings to be a great time though mid afternoon wasn't too bad either. In 4 trips to POFQ, I have never had to wait for a washer or dryer.

We were there last month and I did laundry early morning and at 10pm. During both times, there was only one other person doing laundry.

How are the washers/dryers at POFQ? Are they clean? This may sound weird, but are they up to Disney standards?

I'm a little wary of laundromats after my load of whites emerged from the washing machine covered with black lint. Ewww. Gross. The worst part is that I saw the man who used the washer before me and he was smelly and literally crusty. Rewash!!!

So please tell me the machines at POFQ are cleaned regularly and don't accumulate crud. I need to do laundry halfway through our trip.
