We've stayed there twice gluten free as well as many other things free. Easy peasy. The chefs are wonderful!!! We mostly dealt with Chef Rafael but everybody else was great too. You'll definitely be able to get Mickey waffles as well as chicken tenders, hamburgers with buns, pizza, french fries, brownies and more. Be prepared to allow extra time for food to be prepared than normal because allergy food is prepared when it's ordered while non-allergy food is prepped ahead of time so it's just served from under the heat lamps. Yes it's slower but it's fresh, yummy and most importantly, safe. My experience has been that resort CS is much better than park CS for allergies because they have so many more ingredients on hand to work with. At parks, they have a very fixed and limitted selection of options. The chefs at POFQ will definitely take good care of your girls.
That advice goes for all meals btw. Always expect longer waits when dealing with allergies. I make a point to eat at off times because I can't stand having to wait in a long line just to then wait for a manager or chef then to wait for them to cook our food. Waits can definitely be cut down by going at off times (cooking time will still be there but you won't have to wait to ask for a chef or manager). You'll speak with a chef at resort CS and a manager at park CS with the exception of Sunshine Seasons where you'll speak with a chef. At TS locations you'll always get a chef.
Pop on over to the disABILITIES! board and look around at some of the dining reviews. You'll be amazed.
