POFQ and Hot Chocolate

This is just a heads up for hot chocolate lovers:

Our last 3 visits to POFQ have found the hot chocolate machines to be spotty at best. Sometimes they dispense really weak cocoa,sometimes just hot water,sometimes they just plain don't work. Occasionally they will put out cocoa packets, but those disappear quickly. This time I'm bringing cocoa packets to avoid disappointment.
Hoping this helps someone else avoid disappointment.

We just stayed at POFQ last month and the hot chocolate was to die for and very reliable!

I was there in Feb also, and the hot chocolate machine was always dependable.... thick and rich and creamy; loved coming in late at night and grabbing a cup to take back to my room.

my kids said the HC tasted "watery" the last time we stayed there.
