Yes, Sammie did this one before but theres a bunch of new people on here so... Anyone have any poems they want to share??? I'll put one of mine on here.
Forget-me-not
The feeling is strong, now more than ever. You ask me when I'll be over you and I reply. Never.

Never will I see the day this feeling goes away. Never will I see the day this feeling turns to gray.

Never will my love be returned, or so I've been told. Never will I realize my heart has gone cold.

Never will I see what is truly meant to be. For me and you, together we'll never be.

Never will I forget your smile or how you made me laugh. Never will you forget me for what i must do at last.

Never will you forget the smiles I showed, while deep down inside I was ready to go.

Never will I walk again on this green grass. Never will I stand, watching people as they pass.

Never will I blame you for what had to happen. Never will I feel my hear full of passion.

Never will I forget to say goodbye to you. For you are the one that helped me through.

What I could never understand until along came you.

You've helped, but you can't do anymore, you see.

Never, ever forget me

i actually won something for this.. then everyone thought i was depressed, and yeah...

life is like a pencil
you can break, and be forgotten
but you can be sharpened and start again
you can make mistakes
yet you can also fix them if you try
you can be used
but you can be free
so life is like a pencil,
lets continue drawing out our life

This isn't mine but I love it so much!! -->
A friend of mine wrote it...

Treasure Underground

Treasure hidden in the ground
Not gold or silver to be found.

Bone, feather, tooth and claw
Like a memory we never saw.

Lying hidden in the ground
Waiting, waiting to be found.

Which will it be of them all?
There are so many, large and small.

Glory and fame will be mine
When I, make this miraculous find

Ya those are good. I have a whole bunch on my site...

But heres another one...This one dosent really have a title

The sun is setting and I am on my knees

My parents are hovering and I can barely breathe

The fists come in anger as if this is all my fault

They blame me, but wasn't I the one they taught?

The voices are fading now as my world is growing dim

The pain is unbearable and in my mind I'm begging them

To stop, for I did nothing wrong

And honestly they knew this all along

But now the pitch black has swept over me

What was once I can not see

Why do this have to happen to me

Maybe It Was You

Orphans line the walls of the cargo hold,
Each of them different from the other,
Most skinnier than the rails they ride over.
Brown hair, brown eyes,
Black hair, green eyes,
Eyes that can't see the furture,
The eyes that can't see death,
Bodies strung over bodies,
Mangled corpses rotting in the next car,
A piece of an ear, slightly chewed on, clinging to the moisture on the wall.

Don't try blinking,
It won't go away;
Deep in your mind these pictures will stay,
Learn to keep them with you,
Because they are apart of you,
And you could have been there.

There's an image in your mind,
An imprint from a difference in time,
A time when hair color mattered,
And whatever you carried on your back,
Was probably all you owned.

Whether you lived or died depended on your number,
Or your case.

Are you gay...?
You're dead.

Too little to work?
You're dead.

Number 21?
You're dead.

Sick? Crippled? Blind? Deaf?
You're dead.

You only lived if they had use of you,
If THEY could use YOU,
Experiment on YOU,
Cut you from your neck to your spleen,
Just to see what color your blood REALLY was.

And if you feel like it,
You can cry,
Because you WILL feel it,
They'll make sure of that.
They'll make sure you live long enough,
Long enough to feel the pain bad enough to leave you stranded,
Teetering between reality and unconsciousness.
Quivering on the edge of forever.

But you weren't there,
you didn't see it happening,
You weren't lied to,
Your children weren't murdered in front of your eyes,
And you didn't work your hands to the very bones of your fingers.

How do you know you wouldn't have been selected for experimentation?
How do you know?

Knowledge,
You may know about it,
But you can't see it,
You can't feel it,
But take it,
Take it with you.
Let everyone know that this was wrong,

And pray that 'they' NEVER FORGET.
