I just really like poetry so if anybody else does like post a poem here.

Here is mine,

If one day you fell like crying,
Call Me
I don't promise you that
I can make you laugh
But I can cry with you.

If one day you want to run away,
don't be afraid to call me
I don't promise to ask you to stop
but I can run away with you.

If one day you don't want
to listen to anybody
call me and
I promise to be very quite

But if one day you call
and there is no answer
come fast to see me
pehaps I need you.

Well I thought I would revive this thread becuase I'm tired of posting poems on the quotes thread. I'll probably post a lot becuase I can.

How could you do that to me?
Why would you do that to me?
If you didn’t want me, just tell me.
You don’t have to do it that way.
You’ve broken my heart tonight.
Just a year a 3 months ago you made me
You made me the happiest girl ever.
a year a 3 months, you have no idea what that means.
I no longer believe in coincidences,
Because everything happens for a reason.
My heart is breaking into pieces
And all this over you, I can’t believe it.
I really don’t want to believe it,
But I guess I have to. Just like always.

Orphans line the walls of the cargo hold,
Each of them different from the other,
Most skinnier than the rails they ride over.
Brown hair, brown eyes,
Eyes that can't see the furture,
The eyes that can't see death,
Bodies strung over bodies,
Mangled corpses rotting in the next car,
A piece of an ear, slightly chewed on, clinging to the moisture on the wall.

Don't try blinking,
It won't go away;
Deep in your mind these pictures will stay,
Learn to keep them with you,
Because they are apart of you,
And you could have been there.

There's an image in your mind,
An imprint from a difference in time,
A time when hair color mattered,
And whatever you carried on your back,
Was probably all you owned.

Whether you lived or died depended on your number,
Or your case.

Are you gay...?
You're dead.

Too little to work?
You're dead.

Number 21?
You're dead.

Sick? Crippled? Blind? Deaf?
You're dead.

You only lived if they had use of you,
If THEY could use YOU,
Experiment on YOU,
Cut you from your neck to your spleen,
Just to see what color your blood REALLY was.

And if you feel like it,
You can cry,
Because you WILL feel it,
They'll make sure of that.
They'll make sure you live long enough,
Long enough to feel the pain bad enough to leave you stranded,
Teetering between reality and unconsciousness.
Quivering on the edge of forever.

But you weren't there,
you didn't see it happening,
You weren't lied to,
Your children weren't murdered in front of your eyes,
And you didn't work your hands to the very bones of your fingers.

How do you know you wouldn't have been selected for experimentation?
How do you know?

Knowledge,
You may know about it,
But you can't see it,
You can't feel it,
But take it,
Take it with you.
Let everyone know that this was wrong,

And pray that 'they' NEVER FORGET.

Hahaha a poem for Earth Space
The End

The dark smooth rocks fall,
Imprisoning citizens in a prison worse then hell.

The hot thick magma flows,
Taking their homes, friends, lives.

The thick gray smog fills the air,
Choking in the lungs of anyone still alive.

The debris flies through the sky,
Destroying anything in its path.

The raging fire ablaze,
Burning the evidence, the remains.

The looming volcano,
Silences once again.

The silent volcano,
Waits....to strike again.

Looking down every few steps to pretend she walks with you.
Does she know that place below your neck that is your favorite to be touched?
And does she cry through broken sentences like I love you far too much?

He crossed the street and knew she wouldn't follow him. He had really thought everything had changed. But he wasn't just another boy and she wasn't just another girl. He had had his chance, and blew it. Nothing he could do was going to make her forgive him. But he did't want forgivness. He tried to forget about her, but he'd stare when he had the chance. He moved on, but deep down he still loved her.

Now I do as I please and lie through my teeth. Someone might get hurt but it won't be me. I should probably feel cheap but I just feel free and a little bit empty. No it isn't so hard to get close to me. There will be no arguments. We will always agree. And I will try and be kind when I ask you to leave. We will both take it easy. But if you stay too long inside my memory, I will trap you in a song tied to a melody and I will keep you there so you can't bother me.
