Scuba!

OK, a little more. How about one of the podcaster's doing the Dive Quest tour at the Living Seas. It would have to be somebody who is Scuba certified but surely you can find somebody with those qualifications. If not, I'll volunteer to do it on my next visit!

I've done that tour and thought about calling in to have one of them (maybe this is a good Will and Corey XTreme Orlando tour suggestion ) do the Aqua Seas - since you don't have to be Scuba certified to do that and I'd bet they were pretty similar tours.

It's an awesome experience. Done it twice!

I've done the tour as well. The best wetsuit time is parading through the center of the aquarium (in the public area) on your way up to the top deck of the tank to gear up. At least the wetsuit keeps my rolls from showing too much...

I know I will get flamed, but as a diver I have to say no self-respecting certified scuba diver would ever pay to dive in a giant fish tank. I just don't get it.

Are you serious? Why else would a diver dive? To just swim under water? You get to see more marine life that you would see in an ocean dive. It is beautiful. To be up close with sea turtles, sharks, and rays in calm, clear water.... what dive could be better? Also, your fee goes towards conservation. It's a wonderful experience.

I know I will get flamed, but as a diver I have to say no self-respecting certified scuba diver would ever pay to dive in a giant fish tank. I just don't get it.

I'm Padi certified and I guess I have no self respect because I would do it.

Deep down I have always wanted to be a Mermaid. If I were in a fish tank at WDW I would think I was Ariel and one day I would be a Princess!! Not too shabby.

I look like a small whale in a wet suite. I would take one for the team and do the tour. My preference is that Regina takes the photos. I know she would try to get my best angle.

It's not the ocean, but for an easy 45 minute dive, it's fun. But the best part is the Disney service (the locker rooms, private sitting room and the backstage tour) and window performing for the kids and families in front of the window.

So I'm no self respecting diver either You'll find a lot of positive reviews on another big message board dedicated to diving.

(Edit: and the worst part about shortie wetsuits is that it flattens the rolls all the way down to right above your knees. As Paris Hilton would say - "That's hot"

No Flames. But we've done it and it was a blast. Lots of good stuff to see down there plus you get a chance to interact with the guests from the other side of the windows.
