Happy Fathers Day to all!!
It looks like the rain has stopped for now - we were supposed to have a picnic at the beach, but, it has been moved to my sister's house. The forecast is calling for rain all week, so depressing!

We went to the cottage and the weather was wonderful.
We also have quite a few days of nice weather ahead, at least until Thursday.
I am worried though as they say the humidex will go up into the mid thirtes. It the humidity that's the killer.

I am off to a doc appt. I cleared my work schedule for the day and left going in as optional. The dr. office is a 3 hour round trip in the opposite direction of work, so the more I think about it, the more work isn't happening. I think I'll stop for an oil change, mani, and pedi on the way home. Also, maybe I can catch up on the I didn't do over the weekend.

Good Morning everyone - Happy first full day of Summer.

Looks like we're finally getting some beautiful weather here in Western NY this week. Saturday was a total washout and yesterday was pretty gloomy, but dry at least.

It's already sticky here, you can feel the humidity.
However that is not going to stop me from taking my new bike out for the first spin around the lake this morning.
Going around the lake is a distance of 7.2 kms, hope I make it.

Sorry about the heat and humidity that is hitting many of you. So uncomfortable!

We are predicted to have rain and thunderstorms for the rest of the week. Darn! I forgot to build my ark last weekend.

I hope all the rain is over by next week for my vacation in New Brunswick, Canada. We are planning on outdoor activities, bike trails and hiking.
