I'm of the opinion that ones birthday is on par with a national holiday! Back when I worked (outside the home) I almost always took the day off.

No real exciting plans except packing for a weekend trip...

But I thought it was MONDAY earlier at work and I thought my co-workers were going to kill me.... "No! It's Thursday!"

Taking my friend Lauren (pictured below) for a trip including swimming, shopping, and some DIS meets!

The purpose of the trip is to meet a DISer that I have been talking to for months on the DIS, email, blog and via Skype. We will meet in person for the first time to plan some of a girls trip we are planning for Sept 2010! :goodvibes

If anyone is going to be in Nashville this weekend, PM me...we have a DIS meet at the Rainforest Cafe and everyone is invited! It has been organized in the last day or so! :goodvibes

I am really excited!

The DIS has really enhanced my world and it is really cool to meet some more of the real people behind the "curtain" of the DISboards!
