I'll be listening to the podcast later today, but if the question is what ticket discounts are available for DVC, its only APs as far as the theme parks go.

There is a $4 adult and $3 child discount for a single day ticket to the water parks, DisneyQuest and Pleasure Island.

I believe they comment that there is a $100 discount on annual passes. And they have made a comment that there is a discount for regular park tickets for DVC members.

As listed above from raidermatt the discounts are other tickets, but not the regular park tickets.
