Pocahontas Meet at AK

We're going to at AK 3 weeks from today. Meeting Pocahontas is a priority for us, so I'm thinking of doing her earlier in the morning before we head to Africa. Her scheduled meets now start at 9:45 and I'm hoping to be in her line at least 10 minutes before that. Is she usually out right at the posted start to her meet currently? Or do I need to plan to be there even earlier? If only her meet started right at 9, my planning would be so much easier...

In my experience she comes out around her posted time. You will probably wind up waiting 20+ minutes in line for her. There will definitely be a line waiting if you get there 10 minutes prior to her start time.
