PO or POFQ

we are taking a group of adults (9 other them) with MR to disney in October. They are all pretty independant and can get around well. No one needs a wheelchair. What are your thoughts about PO vs POFQ? any suggestions? Since they have to pay for the trip and the staff we are trying to keep costs down.
any suggestions would be great!

FQ is a smaller resort with a smaller footprint built in blocks. Getting around will be very easy and straightforward for them. Has the food court and boat to DTD, but not amenities. You can use any amenities at PO if you like. Usually been the first bus stop, so seating would proably not be an issue.

PO has quiet pools, which if they would like to swim in a quieter and less crowded environment would be great. Has all the amenities on site, sitdown and food court. Pool is more grown up.

Both have elevators for each building. POFQ is wonderful to walk around and relax. PORS has more restraunts.
