Depends on what you would need to carry. I'm always on a mission for the perfect bag. You are now touching on one of my favorite topics!!! Not the expensive ones, but the practical ones with little compartments.

When my DD and I went to WDW in January some days we carried a backpack (actually, I made the prima donna carry the backpack....), but I carried this http://www.ebags.com/ellington_leather_goods/airport_express/product_detail/index.cfm?modelid=46050 and it was wonderful. It was better than a fanny pack since there was a place for my ID, credit cards, a zippered place for my $ and travelers checks, etc. Also, a place for my room key. There was enough room for my cell phone, medium size camera barely (I want to get a small camera, though), tissue, chapstick, etc. The outer pocket worked perfect for the park map. I could wear it around the front of me, over one shoulder.

I wouldn't mind something a little bigger so that I could fit a little more and wouldn't have to carry the backpack, but I haven't found that yet.

I have this tote bag, which I really like. http://www.ebags.com/ellington_leat...ofiber/product_detail/index.cfm?modelid=19143 It slips over the handle of my wheeled carryon, which is nice. They also make a smaller one, which I've almost ordered before...

Yep, I'm a bag lady.

PhD, as long as you realize that the Baggellini bag probably isn't going to be too durable. At least that's the case with the stuff I've seen. It is lightweight, which is a plus. I'm not sure if Ebags carries it--I think so.

ETA, of course Ebags carries it--the link is an Ebags link! :rotfl2:

they both look cute. The 1st one is too small for my needs, (mom of young kids) but the 2nd looks good for an everyday purse and get rid of the diaper bag all together.

Yes the bagini don't look to durable, but easy.

I am scared, does this thread actually have a *gasp* topic? :rotfl2:

Nope, haven't heard from luv

Angel, maybe you need to take a break from the thread, too.

SOrry gang!!! Once I get something in my craw, watch out!!!

The first one is more of a replacement for a fanny pack, with places for valuables not a replacement for a diaper bag. The larger bag is VERY nice, but can't be worn as a backpack, though, if that's what you wanted. I love the bag and it's very durable. Great for an airport carryon and not too girly.

It's making me thirsty, too. I might just need to go make a drink. Was it on the DIS that there was a recipe for a pomegranate martini? I have POM juice...

Hey everybody! :wave2:

Crappy day--sick ds and a HUGE blowout with dh. :crazy2: Although I'm thinking that picking up that little Coach Swing Pack (how cute is that!) could just be the thing to change my mood. :cloud9:

Angel, I feel your pain! :furious:

Hey all, finally back home. Went to my all day crop yesterday, it was lots of fun and I got 15 album pages done, but boy was my backside tired. It was from 10am to 10pm. Lunch was good, but I was a little disappointed in the sandwich. I got tuna salad and there really wasn't that much on there. I guess I am so used to the catering co. we use at work that make them with lots of tuna. The box also had Zapp's chips which were good, an apple, a bottled drink, mayo and mustard packets, two Andes mints and a big yummy chocolate chip cookie. Dinner was fajitas from Chili's which were good too. The crop was held at a firehouse in Manassas, VA and late in the afternoon the firefighters discovered there was a room of woman. They would kind of wander by the door and two of them came up to the window and gave us a little dance. :woohoo: Unfortunately they were fully dressed in their gear. :guilty:
