He did so there would be an official report. Said the cop was an *** and claimed witnesses weren't the most reliable. Myster said well run the plate and it if doesn't much the car description you can be on your way. Dude just didn't want to do his job. It was done though and when we get the copy of the report we will be contacting her to pay for it.

No hit and run for parking lot things. Though I don't know officially if they could. I think they just don't because most of it is minor and without injury to people.

Most parking lots are considered Private Property and in lots of cases the cops won't even come out and take a report. Probably why he had such an attitude.
