There was no damage this time around because the neighbor saw them out on the back roof and called the cops. They said the had permission to be there.
I told the police that that child is NEVER to be at my house. So we have to give a statement and then they will go arrest the kid for tresspassing. I never really heard anything about the last time. We were told we would be informed but never heard a thing. I'm also going to find out if I can get a restraining order against him and tell the I want him prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. But he's a juvey (15) so they'll probably just give him a slap on the wrist again. BUT he is on probabtion still for other charges against him so I hope this will be the proverbial straw to the judge and they'll send him to juvey hall. I wish I could sue these people but there really is nothing to sue for. I just friggin want them to wake the heck up!

Well, I am old enough to drink and I don't, so I LOVE me some iced tea! And I have wanted to punch people when PMSing also, but please don't. Hate to see you get in trouble. Usually I just crawl in bed and watch TV. And eat.

Evening! We are home from our camping vacation and yes, it is 2 days early. We unfortunately found out the hard way that until we move out of the God forsaken city we will never go on another vacation again!

Last night we were sitting around the campfire with friends having a grand old time. When we left and was heading back to our site I saw I had a voice mail. It was the local police department letting me know that....ready for this......there were kids caught at our house! Yes, again kids came into our home while we were gone. And the kicker.....it was one of the same kids as before!

I swear to God if they don't lock this kid up this time I'm gonna be some kind of mad!

So, needless to say we were not comfortable staying so we headed home. I hate my life sometimes!

WARNING TMI!!!!

I need PMS opinions. I still feel like doggy doo. DH wants me to go to the clinic and get checked out. I think there is no need. I have been living up to my "misread" name for a week--I'll spare you further details-- and started having terrible stomach cramping yesterday. Bad bloating and gas and chills. I think I just have a stomach bug. No fever. I am keeping fluids in enough to not get dehydrated.

I think if I go it will be a waste of $100 (out of pocket), and hour of my time that I just want to be here in bed, and they will just tell me to drink liquids, BRAT diet as I can tolerate it and rest until it passes.

Do you all see any reason for me to go see a dr at this point?

I just don't see that there is a darn thing a dr can do for me but take my money.

I would say go to the Dr.

since he is on probation and did the EXACT same thing again I think you should raise HELL. Call his probation officer and the judge and the prosecuter (where is tiff when we need her!) I would think that this would show a pattern of conduct that should get him more than a slap on the wrist. Sounds like he needs to be removed from the home by CPS for his own protection if the parent's are allowing this also. Man I would be beyond pissed.

So we are back from the trenches of NYC and doc appt's finally! Vascular said Myster had to take 2 weeks off work and stay in bed with his leg up other than some walking everyday.....this is what we both looked liked when he said that.... . He said...you don't get paid for time off do you. We said no (with panic stricken voices) He said ok you can go to work but you are NOT to walk for more than 2 hours. That is why he is leg is not healing.

Lots of useful info from the nutritionist though I think she was a little unrealistic. We both like her though. She was PREPARED for him and his particular dietary needs. That has not happened before!
