Morning everyone! I'm exhausted. Got up at 3am to take DH to the airport. My parents came with me for moral support (and to say one last tearful goodbye, methinks). I cried a little, and so did DH. We haven't been separated like this since high school! It's going to be rough, but I think we can do it. I miss him already, but I'll get to talk to him tonight when he gets into Houston - then he'll be leaving for Iraq either later this week or early next week.

morning. goingto be a long day. have way too much to get doner before i leave for work, and am closing tonight, have to go to insurance office about dads claim at the trailer, go look at an emergency repair job that we will have to do before i leave for work tomorrow morning, change out blades on mower so julie can mow, and still be at work by 2 pm. wish me luck.

Hello Today I get to start my summer! Well after I run a few post banquet errands.

I get to totally humiliate myself by trying to return 5 bags of unopened salad to Costco. The pool president thinks I should at least try to get my money back on them instead of being stuck with them. I think the Costco people are going to tell me to get lost and then I am going to see a thread here later:

Can you beleive the things people try to return

I work at Costco and this woman actually thought she could return bags of salad 2 days later just becuse they didn't need them for their party. Can you beleive the audacity of some people? What a loser idiot.

Well, our local grocery store would take it back as long as it's not past it's sell by date. Good luck with that. For me, I would probably rather pay the money out of my own pocket than deal with the return.

LTS, I would give them away on the freecycler.

Ash Deep breaths and push on your eyeballs a little (with eyes closed of course). This will hit a pressure point that might help alleviate the symptoms of anxiety.

I finished the back to school shopping! The 13 year old wasn't the nightmare I thought she would be! I gave her a limit at Marshals, and she stuck to it, and didn't try for anything outlandish or out of dress code
