I am going to bed. At 8am I get to face the angry mob of parents of kids ages 11-13 who will be demanding to know why the cut off for the "kids price" for the swim team banquet is 10 and under, meaning that they will have to pay full price for their little darlings that will go through the buffet line and load their plates with more food than a Dallas Cowboys' Linebacker, eat 12 bites and throw the rest away. Most likely they will each take at least 5 cups during the night, fill them with soda, drink 1/4 of it, set it down to be picked up and thrown away by an adult later and they will also get at least 3 pieces of cake and throw at their friends.

Oh, our a/c is now fixed, to the tune of over $800. I guess this was our reward for yesterday being Ron's final day of work.

Parakeets are a bit larger, similar in size to a quaker parrot or conure.

But most people call budgies parakeets

I could get myself into trouble on that thread.

My cat pees on throw rugs. Not the carpet though, just throw rugs and in open laundry baskets if they are left out with clothes in. I did not know that meant he needed antidepressants. I thought it just meant he was confused about where to pee.

It very possibly means a health problem if he was going in the correct place. Not so convinced about the drugs, though. I haven't read the link yet.

So we have an OLD fishing boat. M has been working on it for a week to take Rebecca and Allisa out fishing on it. It looked great!!!
His motor went and he took it off to replace with just a trolling motor. It was a great idea in theory!
Other then M forgot that there were large holes from where the motor was mounted. You see where this is going huh!
So they go last night and I get a call from M thinking hes just saying whats up and good night. nope!

"hey what are you doing"
Getting ready for bed whats up?
"uh, well we are on the dock now"
Already?
"yeah well, we were out on the lake and we started to sink"
OH?!!! Are you all safe?
with this I hear Rebecca and Allisa howling with laughter!
"yeah, yeah we are fine"
I bust out in laughter!!!


Today we left the ballgame and went for chinese food. The two girls kept going on about how this would be a moment talked about at thier weddings!

seems the story goes that they got out on the lake and Aliisa said her feet were wet. M thought she said her seat was wet, and like what can you d on a fishing boat.
Suddenly Rebecca starts yelling "Dad!!!! We are sinking!!!!"

lets see i've been up since 5 am today... i did take about a 30 min nap earlier, was up from 4 am till 12 yesterday...and 3 am till 12 the day before. and have to work for jules at 8 am in morning.. then come home get dressed and prettied up for interview, and be at lowes by 1:30 pm.

I'm really going to bed now. I took some medication a bit late today, and along with the vicodin I had I think I was a little wound up. Crashing now, though, and I have to be up early. I don't like early even if it isn't even that early. LOL
