If you want to start a conversation (what PMs are called here) with another person, click on their username or avatar. Then click on the "Start a conversation" link.

Are you not getting that link? I'm not sure why not, if so. When I click on your avatar or username I get the "Start a conversation" link.

When you are new, and recently reached the 10 post minimum to access the extra features, it can take some time for the system to recognize it and apply the features. Usually 30-60 minutes. How long has it been since you posted your #10 post?
