PM Inbox full problem....

I keep getting messages saying that my inbox is full and I need to delete messages. I check and there are only one or even no messages there. Am I doing something wrong and is clicking on delete enough and if so why can't I get more messages?

Hi Lisa,
In your pm box on every page,you will see a box that says,show messages from.Click on this and click from the beginning and it will display all of them .Do this in every folder,sent items,message tracking,etc.etc.
