PM help please !

everyone keeps getting messages ( and I get e-mail notification ) that my PM box is full, but there is only 1 old message in it.....what can i do ??????

Above your PM inbox, you should see a pull down box with Show Messages From: right before it. Use the pull down and make sure that says "the beginning" in the box. After doing that, make sure you check not only your inbox but your sent items, message tracking and any other folders that you may have created. This is over on the right side of the page where it says Jump to folder:.

Thanks Bob, when I switched to "the begining" I got 13 old ones to delete, so hopefully that cured it !

Judy, be sure that you also clean out all your sent messages and message tracking items.
