Can anyone give me any info about this bowl? I know it was purchased about 30 years ago, the back says:

I assume is was a limited edition by Wallace Silversmiths? I don;t know if it is sterling or silverplate, I assume sterling. There is no ""crown" mark but there is a star or Fleur-de-lis (I can't tell which) above the Wallace "W" mark.
The bowl is 3 5/8" across.
I'm going to give it to some friends of mine who are having a baby, and just wanted to know a little bit about it.
