Pluto at MK

I read somewhere that Pluto meets by the flagpole at MK. Does anyone know if he is there at rope drop?

We'd like to meet Pluto and then head straight to BTMRR and Splash.

"Disney Friends Vist Town Square" does begin at Park Opening,but I don't think there is any "guarantee" Pluto would be there then.

I've never NOT seen Pluto there in the morning.

He's been there every time for us as well. He's also regularly just inside the entrance to Epcot, off to the right. His line there is always much shorter.

Agree with PPs...there is a very good chance Pluto is around the flag pole shortly after rope drop.

Pluto is my favorite character so I am always glad to see someone who wants to meet him!

I would also recommend looking around for the Main Street Characters (Mayor, His Wife, etc.) they are a blast!

My son loves Pluto and is our only must see character

We've usually caught him right after rope drop. I can only remember one time where we didn't see him, but we saw Marie instead, and that was a nice surprise!

We got to MK about 30-45 minutes after rope drop on March 2nd, and Pluto was there at the town square.

That must be who they swap him out with because Marie was there the last time we were there too but I recall seeing Pluto other days.

Marie isn't in the parks any more. Stitch took her place in March.
