Honestly, when I was looking for dresses, I had the best luck at Ross. I was totally bummed out after looking at Dillards, Dress Barn, etc. I have an extra large bust, and smaller waist, so I couldn't find anything that wouldn't require massive amounts of alterations. And I didn't want to spend a fortune on a dress and then more on alterations. I found 2 dresses at Ross, one for $20 and one for $12! They didn't have sleeves, but it would have been easy to get one of those little jackets. But I am okay with my arms.
