Plus Size Disney Tees In Canada??

Has anyone noticed any Plus Size Disney t shirts or clothing in Canada lately? Would like to have a couple for trip later this month!!

i haven't found much here. If you are not too far to Buffalo, i go there to get my Disney shirts. Walmart, and Kmart actually have a great selection of tees. I have seen Kmart Plus section upto size 3x. Most are either $12 or $8. I am planning to go shopping later this month, i could look again. But now they will be getting more winter stuff. I have been looking for Disney Hoodies or zip up Jackets, and won't pay the $50+ in Disneyworld.

i appreciate your reply! I am not near Buffalo....we are in Trenton, so we are flying out of Syracuse. I might see if dh will let me stop in Watertown NY on our way to the airport and see if I can find anything quickly....we have an 11am flight though, so I doubt it!!! LOL! Maybe I will have to wait till I am down there and go the local Walmart, Kmart or Targets and look?? I hear they do have some at WDW but like you said, I am not paying THOSE prices!!!!!

We are staying at ASMusic. Been there and it was good for us.

I went to the Walmart Supercenter in Florida, and they have plenty of shirts in plus sizes. I was able to buy some shirts, and lots of Disney souvenirs. I had bought a great Tee in WDW 2x size and was black with a silver icon for each of the parks,. IT was great til i washed it and is shrunk but only in the lenght(and quite a bite i might add)

If you need groceries or snacks the Walmart is great. We went in Feb when the parks were closed early, so we took a cab at night time as the store was open 24 hrs. So if you need something to do it is a good time. the cab was about $20 each way but easier for me then renting a car for a day,. (i have bad sense of direction in unfamiliar places, and prefer to be chaperoned to the Walmart )

about the Walmart Supercentre being open 24 hrs. Hubby is at a convention so I will be looking to put in lots of time!!! I will be sure to go there!! I will be taxiing it too!! LOL! Do you know where the nearest Target is or Kmart?

We are at POFQ for first 2 night, then move to Dophin for the convention for 5 and last 2 at CBR. Leaving kids at home this time...took them last Sept. and in Sept. 05. So now its OUR turn! LOL!

I am in NB, we have Giant Tiger stores here. NOt sure if they are out your way. Just saw some CUTE Disney tshirts in 1X-3X. I generally can fit into a 1X, but not this one. They are only $12. There was one tshirt that has 2 dwarves that said "Im Grumpy because your Dopey". I want it so bad! Even washing in hot water and dryer... Im not sure if it will shrink enough. First time I wish I could fill out a top! They had some pooh and tigger ones too. Which I want for the Character meal at Crystal Palace.

You can also order shirts from the disney shop, right now they have a bunch on sale. We do this and to avoid paying shipping to Canada we have it sent to our resort address. We just order them about a week before and when we checked in the box was there for us to pick up. We are also flying out of Syracuse our flight leaves at 4:20 though. Going to shop in Watertown on the way home for some school clothes for my son who isn't going with us this year.

i love the disney shopping idea. How far in advance do you order, i would be afraid 1 week might not make it in time. It would be ideal when they do free shipping within USA

I just got 3 2x t-shirts at the Disney store in Ottawa for $6.99 each. Got Eeyore, Tinkerbell and Princesses. They also had the kids ones too!

hello, we are here right now at wdw - if you have access to a car there are some great disney outlets that are not too far - one in the prime outlet out near universal studios and another premier outlet on the other side of I-4 (not too far from crossroads/dtd) - there is another character corner but haven't been there yet this trip - the other 2 outlets definitely have plus size tops available (up to 3x for women, 5x for men on a few nyc world of disney tshirts). I think I saw some hoodies as well in plus sizes - all the merchandise are disney park quality and are mainly from last year but a few current things you'll find in parks now, in some cases 50% off...really worth it for souvenirs that you want to have wdw authentic. If you do a search in the disboards i'm sure you'll find posts with more specific directions to the outlets (mousesavers also has some info on the outlets too). I don't drive so don't trust my directions - i just sit back and enjoy the ride!!!

Keep your eye out at Disney world, I have seen plus sized t-shirts at the 10 dollar and under bargain store at downtown disney but they sell quick! Still a great store to find photo albums and things!
Also the disney store at yorkdale had a lot of plus sized t-shirts for 6.99 at yorkdale and scarborough if your ever in the toronto area! They are never usually more than 12.99!

I've purchased several at the Disney Store in Halifax in 2X for $6.99. They seem to have them each time I visit which is every month or two. I have also bought some at the Walmart in Kissimmee--there is a great selection and wonderful prices. There are a few stores in Disney that also have 2X and 3X for decent prices. I find some of the larger sizes are too long (or I'm too short ) but I did get a couple of nice ladies shorter ones at MGM and Animal Kingdom.
