Plus size clothing around Disney?

Hello,

We're driving to Disney for the first time in early February. Do you know if there are any "plus size" clothing stores near WDW? Larger than the usual 4-24 size we see here in Canada. We're looking for regular clothing, not necessarily WDW branded.

Any suggestions?

Thanks Cabmom! Looks like they have stores in the Tampa area and none near Orlando. I'll keep looking!

Check for Lane Bryants...they have them in Orlando, but I am not too sure where...I know I have shopped there before. They can be alittle pricey (it's been a while, since we have been in one...since we both lost weight =). I always use to look in Sears for sale clothing, they had a good selection, but I am not too sure what size they went up to (I was a 26, and had no problems finding clothes in Sears or Lane Bryant.) Good luck.

There is a new Lane Bryant on 192East near the new Super Target. It is in a separate building right near the road and looks big. Aslo the Dress Barn Stores carry larger sizes.

I also think that Target usually has a half decent plus size section, as well as K-Mart (if it is a good one). I like to check there. Dress barn for women is good too (at outlet malls?).

There's a Dress Barn at the Premium Outlet mall and half the store is devoted to plus size clothes. My mom had found some great deals there on suits and dresses.

If you go to Florida Mall they have a Old Navy that has the Women's plus line which is really nice stuff that looks like thier regular line. There is also a Torrid there which is more younger looking stuff with a edge. There is also a Lane Bryant.

Also try Fashion Bug, Avenue and Target are great places too. Wdw usually carries up to a 2X in most of thier stuff.
