180 days is quickly approaching for my vacation. We don't plan on doing many ADRs, but possibly the Biergarten and Tusker House. Currently our group is 3 adults, 1 child, and 1 baby. My sister's boyfriend may be joining us there, but he would be flying standby and staying with his family who lives in Orlando. I don't even know if he would visit the parks with us every day. When I go to make the ADRs, do I make them as 4 adults, 1 child? Is this even possible on MDE if he's not listed in our group? What are the chances I could just add him day-of when we check in to the restaurant? I'd hate to leave him out if he happens to be with us on days we have an ADR. We'll be there the week between Marathon weekend and MLK so hopefully the crowds won't be too crazy.

Make it for everyone in your party - baby too. Easier to take off than add on

I agree with PP. Better to make reservations for 6 each time just to be on the safe side. Also, always include the baby in your headcount, as Disney needs the total amount of people in your group (has to do with the fire codes and maximum capacities for each restaurant).

I would make rervations for 6. You need to include the baby. It does not matter if he is not listed in your MDE.
