Plug for Dreams/Cathy!

I want to give a big time plug regarding Dreams Unlimited. I have been working with Cathy to do a cruise for next year that had some special work associated with it. She is so great to work with. This is our second cruise that we have booked through them. If you haven't used them before I highly recommend them. They are fast, efficient, and the best price. They do such a great job! They don't (appear to) get annoyed when you ask for quotes for different dates and rooms. It is such a pleasure to work with them. I'm so glad I was introduced to them via this board.

PS I have no affiliation whatsoever with Dreams. I just think they are fantastic!

I have gotten several quotes from them myself.... we aren't ready to book yet, but when we are we are definately going to use them! I agree they don't seem annoyed when you ask for a quote, and I really appreciate that!

When my in laws had wanted to join us I got quotes from Dreams, then MIL wanted a different date, then because we are DVC I needed another and Dreams was just great- of course it ended up that MIL can't go when we are (what a shame ) so the quotes were in vain but they were great! I would definately use them if I were not DVC and will use them if we decide to try a different line in the future.

I agree! Cathy is a gem! She set up our last cruise in December and then I emailed her for a quote for next December and she came back with a great deal...I booked it, then not more than a week later I had a family emergency and felt compelled to cancel the reservation. No problem. Cathy handled it efficiently and with professionalism. Now, of course the emergency (which hasn't quite passed, but Aunt is taking over) is lessened, and if I could just get my son's school to approve his being gone during finals week, I would meekly ask Cathy for another quote. But, then as I explained to AnnMorin, no matter how nice dear Cathy is, I am chicken to put her through the trouble again> But she is the BEST!

Ditto on compliments for Cathy. The only thing that has kept me sane with planning a family reunion is the quick answers and support from Dreams. Each family has a different type of cabin, each is arriving a different way, each has their own set of "what if I do this" questions. Even on a Sunday, I get quick answers and helpful suggestions. Absolutely wonderful.

Lisa, it is really okay to ask for another quote....as a matter of fact, I got one for you "just in case"..... Went up a little because of the tax increase.

We booked a cruise through DCL from the UK - unfortunately before we had heard of these boards or Dreams Unlimited..

We recently changed our plans from spending 3 days before the cruise at the Radisson on the coast to staying at WDW instead. Naturally with the information I gained here we booked with DU. They couldn't have been more helpful - particularly as it was such a small booking. Disney managed to get our reservation mixed up and telephoned me last Sunday welcoming me to the Animal Kingdom Lodge when we had booked the Contemporary! Within two hours (on a Sunday!) Beth from DU had it all cleared up.

My next cruise will be booked with DU.

Yes, Cathy AND Michelle are great! Cathy has been also helping w/ me transfer over my original deposit, etc so I can be eligible for the Disney Visa benefits this July cruise. She has been very patient and great at answering all my questions quickly. Thanks again Cathy....and Michelle!
