Sorry. All the PI clubs were closed permanently in September 2008. To all purposes, the signs are still up and most of the buildings still stand, but Pleasure Island no longer exists.
The only after-hours adult night clubs on WDW property are Jellyrolls at the Boardwalk (dueling Pianos) and Atlantic Dance, also at the Boardwalk (not sure what kind of dancing they do there or even if it is open every night). There is a place called Rix Lounge at the Coronado Springs resort that is apparently adults only at night. At DTD a few of the restaurants have some live entertainment and there are concerts at House of Blues. That's it.
