What would you suggest (and why) would be the best club to go to for 20 somethings, that really don't go "clubbing", like ever, but would like to dance. Thanks so much.

I like the Beach Club. They usually have live bands so it can feel more like a concert, but it's fun! If the whole group is over 21 Mannequins might also be a good choice. :yay: (that's the closest to dancing smilie I see at the moment!)

If you can tolerate the older music from the 70's and 80's 8 Trax is a lot of fun. :thumbsup2

I actually dont like the beach club. I prefer 8-trax (oldies.. 70's 80's) and Mannequins.
If you don't regularly go clubbing I would suggest 8-trax because they are usually more packed and you won't feel as self conscious (Mannequin's dance floor can sometimes be a little more empty depending on what day you go).
I would suggest getting the multi club pass (if they are still doing that) and just hopping to all the clubs and see which ones you like best :)

Are they still doing the open main area and pay only for clubs (and tickets for one club) thingee?

I thought that you paid one price and was able to enter all clubs for free. Has that changed?

As far as I know-- unfortunatly yes.

(I'm one of those people who was not happy with that change)

They changed the ticketing, if I remember correctly. You can buy an all-club pass, or passes for single clubs. I think they changed it when they decided to let people walk through PI instead of around. Although I have to admit that there's nothing more disconcerting than coming out of a club at about 1am and running into a family with several small children wandering around PI.
I agree with Syrreal. I'm not a fan of the Beach Club, but I love 8-Trax and Mannequins. Can't wait to go in March!

That's the way it was at the beginning. Then, last February? :confused3 (I think), they made what was supposed to be a temporary change, where you could walk in for free, and only pay if you went into clubs, and there was a one-club ticket option. (see here: allears pleasure island ) but I don't know if they ever changed it back. The Disney site only shows the all-clubs ticket. :confused3

I only want to go to Adventurer's Club, so $20 for 2 is a lot better than $42. :guilty:

I'll be in Orlando tomorrow!!!! :cloud9:

I just saw the one club ticket is not good for AC. :guilty: :sad2:

We're 20-somethings (at least we were until last year - the dreaded 30) and don't go clubbing. We liked Motion (if it's still there). They had 2 levels of dance floor and played mostly top 40 with the music videos displayed on a huge screen at the front of the club behind the DJ.
