Pleasure Island for kids

I never can resist a "Kids at PI" post. ;)

As CarolMN said, it's not so much the CM's as the guests who make the night unpredictable. I've seen very mild shows, and I've seen shows that made me blush. I personally would not take my son, but I don't want him to watch most popular TV shows, either.

If you're hoping to see a really great fireworks show, pass up PI and go to MK instead. As the Adventurer's Club quips, 'Don't blink or you'll miss it'. It's more of a token effort than a fireworks spectacular.

This past NYE, PI did not admit anyone under 21. The party was
exclusively for adults. They had signs posted and when we
inquired, yep-no kids allowed. Not just the clubs-the whole
area was off limits to anyone under 21.

We were at the Adventurers Club a few weeks ago, around 9:00, and at the start of one of the shows, one of the characters said to everyone else on stage, "Do you see what I see? NO KIDS in the audience tonight! Now we can have a lot of fun!!". They were obviously excited that they could do the kind of show they wanted, and not have to tone it down. Granted, it was PG-13, a lot of innuendo and double entendres, but not necessarily something I think kids should see (especially if they're old enough to "get it"). For the adults, though, it was hysterical!
