DH and I are planning our November trip and have never been to PI. We are not dancers (at least not in front of people) so dancing clubs would probably not be our thing. I think the comedy club sounds fun though. What do you all recommend? Thanks! :)

:teeth: Awesome question! My DFiance and I aren't dancers either ( :rotfl2: ) and we are making our first trip out in 2 weeks. I would love some idea's too!

THE ADVENTURE'S CLUB!!!! It's not a dance club. Think 1930's English Africian Safari. Good atmosphere, good entertainment. Don't know about the drinks (wasn't of age last trip, will be this time though). Definatly worth the trip!!!

If you enjoy 70's and 80's music you might like 8Traxx. The music is fun. They show old music videos. Sit upstairs and watch people on the dance floor. That's a good time! I also like Rock n Roll Beach Club. They play top 40 music and some nights have a live band. There's video games in the downstairs area since you don't like to dance. Hope you have a nice time!

Definetly do the Adventurers Club and the Comedy Club, both are great for just plain Fun. :earsgirl:

DH & I loved Adventurers Club! On our only trip to Pleasure Island (so far) we started the night there and ended up staying 2 or 3 hours. Every time we were getting ready to leave, another "show" would start and we'd get sucked in. I was drinking one of their specialty drinks (I think it was Pamela's Punch) and it was SO good, but I didn't realize how potent they were until we finally did leave the club...thank goodness for Disney Transportation!

Definitely give the Adventurer's Club and Comedy Club a try! AC isn't for everyone but we adore it and have been many times. The Comedy Club is always good for laughs. And they're both different each time you go.

I haven't been but i have heard even if you don't enjoy dancing it is still fun to go and watch.

We sometimes dance - and sometimes don't. What we usually do is get in line for the Comedy Club first thing, and sometimes we even do it more than once. We also enjoy listening to the music at 8Traxx........it cracks me up to see the young kids dancing to music that they probably weren't even born when it came out. We also like the AC.

Hope that helps. We always include one night for DD and PI.

I recommend the whole experience if it is your first time. The Adventurers Club is usually better when the evening is well underway so you might want to do the Comedy Club or step inside one or two music clubs first.

There are about a half dozen different "library" shows at the AC usually in a slightly different order each evening. Most have audience participation.

Definitely do the Adventurer's Club!! Everyone recommended it to me, but didn't get there until this past October. Had a blast and spent a few nights there last weekend!

Cheers!

I would advise at least checking out the other clubs. Even if you don't dance, no one cares if you just watch. Although if the mood strikes and you feel the need to dance, just remember that no one there knows who you are or will ever see you again. I always revel in my anonymity at PI!
