Aren’t there a few other lounges that are not in use anymore. I think there are a few.

There was at one time a DVC lounge in AK in the PizzaFari building.
Another time for awhile they had a DVC ice cream social in the afternoon in the Garden Grill at EPCOT. Free ice cream sundae.

Aren’t there a few other lounges that are not in use anymore. I think there are a few. We like to stop in, cool down in the AC have a cold drink and rest for a few minutes out of the sun and heat and it’s nice and quiet. Not too many places to do that at WDW, unless you are eating.

When I went on the UnDiscovered Future World Tour a couple years ago they showed access points for a couple other lounges and locations. Pretty much every one of the Future World pavilions had one for the use of the corporate sponsors and some of them were still being staffed by those corporations. Also got to see the private party area/lounge in the Seas they use for the aquarium. Lots of cool locations that are being somewhat utilized in those locations.

Amen. I'd gladly give it up to have this restored to its former glory.
It's a perk but nothing I couldn't live w/o.

I hope your expectations aren't too high for the lounge. Pre-COVID, there was a soda machine. I didn't pay attention to whether there was coffee. Someone supposedly came around periodically with a cart of packaged snacks; I think it was gummie bears and something else, but they never came around when I was there. Other than that, it's a place to sit. That's about it.

I mean saves you $10-$20 if you have a kid or two and would have gotten a soda yourself.

Nice spot to sit, not crowded, and snacks are fine if you wanted something really small.

Except they would just destroy it for something else doubt Figment makes the cut so I say don't touch it. They can easily do a few updates to the machines in there to bring them to current day.

In the MK, when they closed the first aid building, didn’t they use an unused lounge in the Carousel of Progress? There is also a unused lounge in spaceship earth, along with others.
