Dear lord of all that is handsome! I saw this article and am praying it is a joke or some horrible mistake. Please do not let this really be Rupert Everett. He's always been so handsome. So very dashing that I was a bit sad he played for the other team. If this is truly him, he is simply unrecognizable! Tell me it isn't so!!!!

It's not a matter of whether he looks WORSE....You can't even tell it's HIM! If he felt he was looking too old (I thought he looked fine!) what's wrong with a little chemical peel around the eyes and a teeny bit of Botox on the forehead? Then STOP!!!

I really think its photoshopped. I mean look at his color, it looks like silly putty, way too smooth.

I found some other photos and also looked at the March 26th (I think?) episode of Rachel Ray, when he was a guest. (Oddly, he makes a joke about getting plastic surgery for his upcoming 50th birthday. )

At any rate, many of the other photos don't look nearly as bad as the super-plastic one posted, but I'm 100% certain he had work done and sadly, it's not for the better. In short, his face has lost its character. I don't know why stars (and it seems to especially happen to male stars) who have all the money in the world, don't search out the best plastic surgeons. In their shoes, I'd want to look refreshed, not have someone look at me and say, "Oh yeah, they've had work done." I mean, they're good-looking to begin with, so there's no need for an extreme makeover.

I've always loved him and thought he was so hot in "My Best Friends Wedding". I loved his wrinkles. He WAS so sexy. No he's just scary looking.
