Please tell me I won't regret doing this

I am staying in a savanna view room at AKL in June, well last night I upgraded to concierge with a savanna view. I am now wondering if it is worth the extra money and if I will like it. I probly wouldn't be feeling as bad about it but I encountered my first not so nice CM while doing it who didn't want to answer my questions and I could tell she didn't want to help me.
So now I also have some questions...
Are the concierge roms deluxe rooms?
Will I like my savanna view being that high, she said 5th or 6th floor?
When will or do I need to contact them with my PS and request the CM "didn't know"?
Okay for my DH sake does anyone know what kind of beer they offer?
I am sorry for so many questions and will probly have more but I am already learning that I can count on you guys for helping when my rude CM won't-who tells me she knows nothing about the resort-which I believe, but I also believe a WDW CM booking resorts needs to have knowledge about it.

When we stayed in the AKL Concierge they would NOT guarantee a savannah view. It is either a savannah or a pool view and it was a request only basis. I liked the pool view as much as the savannah though.

Same with us..savannah view for concierge is only a request..not a guarantee. They do their best though.

Concierge at AKL is best on disney property. Now..I would not recommend doing concierge if you are spending all your time in the parks, eating out, that type of thing. If you can't enjoy some of what the lounge has to offer it really isn't worth the extra money..to us anyway. When we did AKL concierge (long weekend), we were there to relax. We had boma for breakfast/dinner, jiko for dinner, room service for breakfast/dinner. We enjoyed the lounge as much as we could, lol, and at that time, we didn't know we could ask for beer.

I am going to have to call them back than b/c the CM I talked to assured me that I was going to have a savanna view room and looking at the pool just will not due-not meaning that to sound snobbish. So I need to call and I guess clarify with them.

I just got off the phone with CRO and talked to an extremely nice CM who actually seemed to know a little about AKL. She did tell me that a savanna view on concierge level was not guaranteed and that I should have never been told that it was. She asked me what was more important savanna view or concierge which I told her the SV so she suggested I go back to that room and check to see if any CL rroms were available at check in. The whole purpose of me staying at this resort is my DD loves animals and has wnated to stay here since she seen it on the TV. The CM also told me that she and most people she talks with like the savanna view rooms on the lower levels better than the CL anyway.
