I can only help you out with a couple. I've only seen Belle in the blue dress with the white apron for pictures. I've heard Ariel being at PSB in her "human form". LoL. Hoope de Doo Revue is fabulous! It's a must do! :)

We really enjoyed the clam bake :D the food was very good ...The only other one ive done before is the luau which was years ago...I remember it being fun....But i hear the food isnt so great...But i dont remember sorry :(

The Cape May Clam Bake is a great buffet. They have both seafood and non-seafood dishes so everyone is satisfied. We make this a MUST on every trip.

We love the Cape May Buffet. That's a must do for us each trip before heading over to watch IllumiNations. Make sure to try the Oreo Bon Bons.

Didn't really care for the food at the Hoop Dee Doo Review.

We hadn't been to the Clam Bake for about 5 years before our last trip in October and liked it so much we booked a second visit during the same trip. My picky teenagers found plenty to eat as did I who doesn't eat red meat and am not a big clam or mussel eater. The salads were good and they have great desserts. The Oreo bon-bons were very good but the one that was really memorable to me were the tiny apple tarts. The apples were cut smaller than matchsticks and were absolutely wonderful!

At PSB (we've been twice): Belle in her everyday (blue) dress and no Ariel.

Don't know about the others!

Belle is in her blue dress at the breakfast. We didn't see Ariel when we went but she does sometimes appear at breakfast- rare but some have seen her. Luau was a bust imho foodwise but the show is fun. Clam bake good food- really good food actually. And I have never done the hoop de doo

We were at the PSB on 2-21. Belle was in the yellow dress, at the front of the restaurant. After our name was called we were taken over to her and they had a Disney photographer take a photo. You can take your own, too. During your breakfast they'll show you their photo and you can decide to buy it or not. FYI- The package is $31.90. I'm not sure of the sizes of the photos but there was one big one and about 4 3x5 sized ones.

Ariel wasn't there. The day were there we had Mulan, Princess Aurora, Princess Jasmine and Snow White. They circulated around the room. Belle stayed out front.

As for the Hoop Dee Doo, DH & I thought it was corny but we still laughed and enjoyed it. DD was 4 at the time and I'm not sure how much she understood but she loved it! The food was good, too.

We had the same experience at PSB in December 2005, only instead of Princess Jasmine we had Mary Poppins.
