please tell me about the $750 gift card offer

I thought i read somewhere you could not use it for food onsite, please tell me this is not true.

I'm trying to beg DH into a trip but the dining plan doesn't seem to fit us as well since the apps and tips are gone. We very rarely eat desserts so I would rather get the gift card and be able to pay for our dining while there without the limits of the DP.

I'm looking at the WL so we would get the 750.

The Disney gift card offer can be used for food! It can be used on food or merchandise at any Disney owned locations.

On this particular offer it can be used for food BUT in the past, there have been some gift card offers they couldn't be used for food. What you have read online might have been referring to those. But you are good for this trip! Good Luck convincing DH!
