Well, right after 9/11 a friend and I went to WDW. She was familiar with sushi while I was a novice. We walked into the hotel lobby- totally empty, not a soul in sight. We nervously walked down the corridor, still no one. We saw Kimono's and entered to finally see 2 chefs and one hostess.
My friend ordered for us and I thoroughly enjoyed the meal and the hostess was wonderful to speak with. I remember enjoying the spider roll (fried soft crab?) and the California roll along with a plate of tempura veggies. My friend adored a bottled ice tea they offered also. Luckily, she alerted me to the wasabi (NO! It is not avacado!!!) and let me know that little dish was for the sauce, not an ash tray, LOL!
Between us, we really enjoyed it all. At that time, they offered karaoke at night and it was a lounge with a bar so I really couldn't tell you about your children, but I don't think it would be a problem.
