Please tell me about AP discount resort rates....

I am considering purchasing an AP for our August trip as we will be heading back next March. I can't find any historical info on what types of rates are usually offered, and how far in advance do you find out about them? Also, is Club Level offered usually? Thanks for any information you can provide!
