Hi Everyone, this is my first post, but I've been getting lots of useful information just reading the boards over the past couple of weeks. My husband and I are planning to go to Disney arriving late Sept 7 (Fri night) and staying through Sept. 14 (Fri.). We are staying off site. Plan on getting park hoppers and doing just one day of water parks (so buying a separate admission for that). Husband is not so into Disney (he's going for my birthday) so we aren't doing any character dining and breakfast is included at our hotel so we aren't making any breakfast ADRs. Here's what I'm planning so far:

Fri- Arrive super late so just going to bed at the hotel

Sat (Sept. 8)- Blizzard Beach during the day (CS lunch there)
Dinner- Raglan Road (around 7pm)

Sunday- MK- Keys to the Kingdom Tour (lunch included)
Dinner- over to Rose and Crown at Epcot (hopefully around 7:30 reservation so we can watch Illuminations from there)

Monday- Epcot- Lunch at Le Cellier (around 1pm or so)
Dinner- CS/snacks at WS
Maybe head over to MK at night for parade and Wishes

Tuesday (my birthday)- MK- Lunch at Liberty Tree Tavern
Dinner- CS
Stay for MNSSHP

Wednesday- DHS- Lunch at 50s Prime Time Cafe
Dinner- ?

Thursday- AK- Lunch CS
Dinner- ?

Friday- Flight home probably hang around hotel/pool and just eat lunch there

Any advice/comments you could give would be great! Thanks in advance! :cool1:

Your plans look good to me. For your CS dinners I would suggest the world showcase options. We love spending our evenings there, and would split a couple of meals throughout the different countries so we could try everything. Hands down our favorite CS was Tangierine Cafe in Morocco. The main reason we got park hoppers was so we could spend out evenings at Epcot.

Wednesday night maybe you could dine at one of the boardwalk restaurants? It's not too far from HS

Thursday maybe dine at one of the restaurants at AKL? I have read some good reviews of Boma

Since you will have Park Hoppers:
On Wednesday, you can leave HS and take a boat to Epcot. This is where I would choose to eat dinner ... so many choices. My pick would be San Angel Inn in Mexico or maybe Teppan Edo.

On Thursday if you want to stay around AK I would choose Yak & Yeti or Boma`s or you could try Òhana at the Poly or Whispering Canyon at Wilderness Lodge. Also have you thought of going to Downtown Disney ... lots of restaurants there too.
