Well, they did test upon test on my brother-in-law and have ruled out DVT and blood poisoning. They said they don't know what is wrong.

His breathing is much better today so they have allowed him home (he is staying with another brother) but he has to go back for more tests on Monday morning. He is so relieved as he was getting very worried about not being at the funeral.
